Dixon Engineers Private Limited (DEPL) was found in 2022 and incorporated as Private Limited Company in 2025 by our founders Mr. Waheed Younis & Mr. Awais Muneer. The name Dexon was personally chosen by Mr. Waheed Younis who was inspired by the proverb “once the flag is hoisted, victory is achieved”.
Dixon’s Head office is located in Islamabad and after significant growth we opened our branch office in Faisalabad. We have experienced manpower below 100 including workers, supervisors, project managers and engineers.

Mr. Waheed Younis
Mechanical Engineer UET, Lahore CEO DEXON ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED
Mr. Waheed Younis is BSc. Mechanical Engineer Graduated from UET, Lahore in 2013. He started his career as Sales and Application Engineer HVACR and left job as Head of Engineering with top of the Manufacturers of HVACR equipment’s in Pakistan. During his tenure, he earned sales, marketing, engineering and project management skills and executed numerous MEP projects for different industries Like High-Rise Buildings, Hotels, Hospitals, Pharmaceutical Industry, Beverages Industry, Paper and Pulp Industry, Foam Industry, Wood-Board Industry, Cement Plants, Foods and Dairy Industry. He has proven expertise in contamination control, HVAC systems, cleanroom protocols, and regulatory compliance with a strong understanding of cleanroom classification standards to ensure optimal operational conditions. Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams during facility design, validation, commissioning, and day-to-day operations. He has designed & implemented many Heating Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Fire Fighting & Electrical Systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects in compliance with local and international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, IEC). Engr. Waheed Younis’s vast experience in management and engineering continues to be the solid foundation for Dexon’s growth. His philosophy in pushing on for excellence is the benchmark by which we continue raising the bar. “His vision is to build more than just structures—he want to build trust, create opportunities, and shape communities that last for generations. Mr. Waheed Younis
Mechanical Engineer UET, Lahore CEO DEXON ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED
Mr. Awais Muneer is DAE. Civil Engineer Graduated from UET, Lahore in 2016. He started his career as Site Supervisor with top of construction companies in Pakistan and ended as project manager. During his tenure, he earned skills like Project planning and scheduling, Budgeting and cost control, Risk assessment and mitigation, Resource allocation and optimization, Contract administration, and executed numerous Structural and Finishing Works projects for different industries Like Residential, Commercial, High-Rise Buildings, Hotels, Hospitals, Pharmaceutical Industry, Beverages Industry, Paper and Pulp Industry, Foam Industry, Wood-Board Industry, Cement Plants, Foods and Dairy Industry. He has proven expertise in Team leadership and crew management, Coordination with engineers, architects, and subcontractors, Client and stakeholder communication, Conflict resolution and negotiation, AutoCAD / Revit, Microsoft Project and MS Office Suite. He has executed many projects from ground to successful handover, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction at every stage in compliance with local and international codes (ISO, ASTM, ACI, ASCE). “As Director my goal is to lead “Dexon” by fostering innovation, driving strategic growth, and building a legacy of excellence and trust.” “As a Civil Engineer in a leadership role, my vision is to drive the company toward excellence by combining technical precision with strategic insight.
